This Personal Data Privacy Policy set out the collection and use of your Personal Data. "Personal Data" as defined in the PDPA means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information to which Koelnmesse has access. Personal Data does excludes Business Contact Information as defined in the PDPA means an individual's name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business electronic mail address or business fax number and any other similar information about the individual, not provided by the individual solely for his personal purposes.

  3. ⅲ.   When indicating interest to participate in one of our conferences as a
           speaker, panellist, moderator or delegate;
  4. ⅳ.   When registering to attend as a trade or public visitor at one of our trade
           events or exhibitions;
  5. ⅴ.   When subscribing to our mailing list, electronic or otherwise, or through
           social network platforms, etc.;
  6. ⅵ.   When you respond to any of our marketing promotions, telemarketing
           campaigns or research surveys;
  7. ⅶ.   When using or logging onto any of Koelnmesse’s mobile apps;
  8. ⅷ.   When you apply to be listed in any Koelnmesse’s publicly available event
           catalogues; and

Koelnmesse may use the information we collect from you for any of the following purposes:

To fulfil a contract, or take steps linked to a contract: this is relevant where you make a purchase from us or sign up for a tradeshow either as an exhibitor or a visitor with us. This includes:

  2. ⅱ.   To handle your products and services requests and enquiries (including
           payments for our products and services by way of
           credit card payment or any other method);
  3. ⅲ.   Communicating with you;
  4. ⅳ.   Delivering the product or service which you purchased;
